Hello Soul Family,
How is everyone doing? I hope all of you are making the most out of your time at home and finding ways to keep yourself and mind at ease during this time. I figured I would share something small tonight with you guys to help keep a positive mindset and just send good vibes out there for those who need it. Life is full of so many beautiful things, and a majority of them are overlooked daily because we are so busy with our routines and forget to appreciate these small things. I'm here to tell you that once they are noticed, it really calms you so much and shows you to enjoy life a little more. For example, Sundays, I'm usually working all day and don't get to spend time with my family. So, I took the week off because I needed a couple days to regroup. I got to eat breakfast with my mother and do my morning yoga while enjoying a hot cup of tea. Once the sunset and the moon came out, I sat out in my backyard and soaked up the good vibes the moon was giving off and just looked at the stars with an apple-scented candle with tea. I got to slow down and breathe. This really helped me, so I encourage you all to take time out to appreciate the little things like your morning coffee and waking up after a full eight-hour night of sleep; doing so will help boost your mood and help you enjoy life.
My purpose for this blog is I want to help inspire people to be the best version of themselves that they can possibly be. This blog will consist of tips for living a healthy and mindful life as well as yoga, some of my art, and just day to day life. So I hope you enjoy it and don't forget to go out there and shine your light.
