Hello everyone,
So if you're in the northern hemisphere it's for the most part pretty darn cold around this time of the year. So what I like to do in the evening is get all cozy with a nice book to read with a face mask maybe and yoga for ten to fifteen minutes I find is a good way to end my day and get ready for bed. If you're a bookworm like myself, I will jump back and forth between a few books at once ranging from fiction for young adults to books about the stars and horoscopes. Other than reading I will occasionally open up my sketchbook before bed and doodle to let my mind wander with some relaxing music in the background, Most importantly, I will always journal before I go to bed. I find that journaling helps reduce my stress and it can be good for manifestations and keeping track of your mood as well as seeing what areas you need to work on and grow. I hope you all have a very good night and get plenty of rest :)
